One night, one kitchen, one dinner the two of you made yourselves.
If you are tired of the same old date night, do something fun and constructive instead. Spend an evening cooking together and really get to know each other.
Sitting across a table, you talk about each other. Standing at the same stove, you find out.
Who slows down, who takes over, who laughs when the sauce breaks. Massimo has spent forty years at the stove and a good part of them watching couples cook — the class is built on what he has seen.
Two hours, four moments, no waiters.
01First
No menu, no waiter, no ordering separately. The first decision of the night is one you make as a pair.
02Then
Massimo walks you through what is fresh that week. You decide between you what goes in the pan and what stays on the shelf.
03Then
Flour, heat, timing, one station between the two of you. Massimo runs the kitchen and coaches as you go. Phones stay in your pocket.
04Finally
Sit down at a proper table with what you made and talk about what you noticed. That part tends to run long.
Hands-on, just the two of you, at his station.
Sharing goals in food choices and habits.
Creating recipes and sharing a cooking vision.
Helping each other, with joy, in planning the meal.
Fully embracing the process and the result, with love in mind.
